I haven't had to use this yet,(and hopefully won't need to), but the price was reasonable. I don't normally buy extended warranties, but I bought a fairly expensive digital camera and didn't want to take a chance. Being that this is sold through Amazon gives me some confidence in the warranty. I'll update this review if I ever need to actually use it.

I had purchased a refurbished digital camera through EBay. Being a small bit leary, I took out the Square Trade Warranty. When my camera quit working, I dreaded the hassle of "messing" with the warranty company. Was I ever wrong! After filling out the online warranty claim form, I printed the free shipping label and took my camera to UPS who boxed and shipped my camera free of charge. Within days my warranty was honored and my Paypal account was credited with my entire amount I spent on the camera and a smile was on my face. 100% satisfied!!!
