I love the different features this frame has. It was the largest screen I could find and I was worried about the quality of the picture, but it is wonderful! The images are crisp and clear. I have it in my office and get compliments on it daily. This frame is definitly an excellent deal and definitely something I would buy again!

Important criteria to me:
1. Price: can't beat it, and free shipping to top it off!
2. Size: Biggest frame I could find online, viewable area comparable to 10x13 pictures on my wall. We can clearly see pics from across large room, unlike our prior 7-inch frame.
3. Appearance: nice-looking frame, image is bright, photo quality is good.
4. Reliability & Ease of Use: I've read in other reviews that the internal memory has a tendency to go corrupt, so I didn't try to use it and just got an extra SD card instead. That works well because it makes for easy transfer from my camera without having to move the frame. Using an SD card is super easy because you just plug it in & turn the unit on.
**IMPORTANT NOTE:** I also bought a 10-inch frame from Opteka and it was horrible. The internal memory wouldn't work, so I tried an SD card but it would freeze on a random picture 5-15 minutes after turning it on. The only thing that would un-freeze it was to turn the unit off then on again. Several other owners of the 10-inch frame had similar issues even after getting replacement units. Strangely, we haven't had any of those issues with this frame by the same company, though I've chosen to play it safe and just use an SD card. Also, I've heard some reviews that it doesn't handle folders well in either the internal memory or SD card, so I haven't used them.

Very poorly designed stand for this frame. It does not support the weight of the frame.
The stand fails to keep frame standing on a table or countertop. It slips and the frame falls flat which can damage the frame. Very dispointed with stand design for this good display quality frame.
So many users have written review about poor frame stand design but the manufacturer doesn't get it. They could simply attach a stand that comes standard with any photo frame that stands on a table.
Other than the stand the frame picture quality is good. If you adjust brightness and contrast to your taste then pictures look wonderful. The viewing angle is standard for LCD and pictures do not look good out of 120 degree from the center of frame.
The menu is crudely designed and not helpful at all. You have to play with it for an hour to figure out how it works and retains options that you have chosen.
The user manual is poorly designed and does not make sense when you are throwing fits adjusting the menu.
The remote quality is poor and you have to press buttons hard to make it work.
The s/w in frame is still faulty and does not display pictures in sequence you want or chosen in menu no matter how you arrange them on the SD stick.
Overall this frame is designed to display digital picture with good quality without any other features that will make you feel that this was a great buy - poor stand, poor user manual, poor remote and poor s/w - all it does is display pictures so enjoy that feature as long is it is working fine.
I guess, for the price and picture size you can expect working life of 2/3 years and move on.

The price was right and the quality of the digital images is great. I am a professional photographer and I thought that it would be a good way to display examples of my work. However, some of the images took forever to display and, when they finally displayed, they were fuzzy and distorted. I was so disgusted that I got a return authorization from Amazon and had already packed everything back into the box. The strange thing was that it was only for certain images and that kind of nagged on my mind for a day. Long story short, I ended up discovering that it had to do with the formatting of the .jpeg images when they are first created. There are three formatting options that you can choose when you create a .jpeg image. If the image is created using "Baseline Standard" then it displays without a problem. If you have images created using "Progressive" then you are going to be extremely unhappy with this product. I didn't try out the third format, "Baseline Optimized". The big rub is that there is no easy way to tell by looking at the image or metadata how the image was formatted when it was created. Also, Opteka seems completely oblivious to this problem, which isn't addressed in either their instructions or on their website.
After a few hours of searching out and reformatting all of the aberrant images I ended up with a digital frame that I like a great deal. However, I would not recommend this product for people who do not have the ability or willingness to re-format .jpeg images.
